The concessions and restrooms committee is responsbile for ordering/purchasing and monitoring supplies for the concession stand and restrooms, working with the Wayne County Health Department to ensure food safety, opening buidlings for season and closing buldings upon completion of season. A monthly update to the board is presented by the chairman during board meetings.
