The equipment committee is responsible for monitoring all sports equipment provided by and used for seasonal programs. This includes monitoring condition and inventory, distribution and collection of equipment to coaches, as well as distribution and collection of keys for sheds and restrooms.  A monthly report is to be provided to the board of directors by the chairman during board meetings.
